In the last couple of years, I decided to follow my heart and pursue my passion of inner healing – for myself and for others. I wanted to do something where I can become more in tune with my body and mind; where I would learn to listen to my physical and mental needs. I was intrigued about Reiki and wanted to know more. I contacted a former school colleague and embarked on my new journey.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient hand-healing technique used to restore a more balanced energy flow throughout your body. It is an aide to help you relax, reduces stress, as well as provides relief from pains you might be encountering. Everyone’s experience is unique.
