Try EFT aka Tapping to shift patterns in your life. EFT can help you to process negative emotions that you have been carrying with you on this journey. You will know that an event is processed when it does not trigger you any longer.

EFT is a form of gentle psychological acupressure, based on the same energy meridians as used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments.

Tapping has been used successfully on chronic pain, emotional problems, addictions, phobias, post traumatic stress disorders and the list goes on.

There are additional benefits to tapping when it is done in a group.

I will show you tapping points, explain how EFT works and we will tap on an issue of your choice.

You do not have to share your issue, we can give it a ”name” and tap on it.
