Join Chris Simmonds on Wednesdays from noon to 1pm for simple yoga stretches, breath awareness, chanting and guided meditation. Each class is like a mid week holiday that gets you relaxed, grounded and centred. Meditating in the company of others regularly is also a a great way to inspire your own daily spiritual practice. The class begins and ends in a period of silence so arriving late or leaving early in order to get back to work on time is not a problem.
All are welcome. Suggested contribution; $10, students and seniors, $5.
