Catherine is a RYT200 (200 hours training and registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance).  In addition to her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training she draws experience from over 15 years of yoga practice and over 25 years of meditation practice.  Over these years, she has enriched these practices with extensive studying of Yogic and Buddhist philosophy.
