What is embodiment?
Embodiment is how you enact what you know and who you are via the body. How your history, culture and beliefs about yourself show up in, and through the body.
Embodiment allows you to become aware of your patterns and habits. It invites you to shift, transform and create a new pattern for yourself through simple techniques and practices.
Through embodiment you can learn ease, presence, pleasure, and fun!
