Hey friends! Join myself and the lovely Erica for a meditative journey with guided breathwork and healing frequencies. We are so excited you are here!

 

Our offerings for this workshop are to:

 

• Tap into your higher consciousness with a guided group meditation.

 

• Discover the power of Somatic Breathwork guided by certified trauma informed breathwork coach Skyler.

 

• Relax into the healing frequencies and Reiki energy offered by Erica.

 

At the beginning of the workshop, we will discuss the theme, intention, and demo the breath patterns we will be using.

 

We will leave a few minutes at the end of the session to ground, integrate any breakthroughs and open the floor up for any shares.
