Himalayan Salt Rough 200g

Himalayan salt is a rock salt that is pink in colour and rich in minerals, including calcium, copper, iodine, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, sodium and zinc. Farmed from the Himalayan mountains, this salt is commonly used in food preparation as well as in bath soaks.

Try adding a few chunks of this salt to your bath to help increase relaxation, detox the body, improve circulation and re-mineralize skin. Himalayan salt has antibacterial properties and is often helpful with eczema and psoriasis.
