Chamomile is a calming, relaxing herb than helps promote sleep, reduce stress and lessen anxiety. It is also commonly used to reduce inflammation, help ease muscle and gastrointestinal pain, and and treat hay fever.

Infuse chamomile into your tea before bedtime to ensure a good night’s rest, or to help relieve the symptoms of  seasonal allergies. A wonderful herb in the bath, chamomile can also be added to soaps and bath mixtures to help relieve the stress of the day. Chamomile can also be used in lotions and poultices to help calm irritated skin and reduce muscle and joint pain.
